Super Mario Galaxy 2 dated

Nintendo has confirmed the US and European release dates for their much anticipated titles, 'Super Mario Galaxy 2' and 'Metroid: Other M', at the company's media summit. Dates and screenshots below:

Nintendo has just announced that Super Mario Galaxy 2 will be released in North America on May 23, but won't be available in Europe until May 23. Metroid: Other M will be out in North America on June 27, but Nintendo stated the game will arrive at some point in Q3 for Europe.

This news comes straight after yesterdays news that Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M will not be Christmas releases, but are instead aiming for the summer or earlier, most likely between June and August this year.
